Role Description The Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Project Manager role is a hybrid position based in Kozhikode, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. In this role,



the Project Manager oversees end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of BESS projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, stakeholder coordination, and risk management. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, tracking project progress against scope, budget, and timelines, preparing technical and status reports, and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards. The Project Manager collaborates closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams to integrate BESS solutions into broader energy and infrastructure projects, while engaging with clients and vendors to manage expectations and resolve issues.
