Role Description The Retail Purchase Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including processing purchase requisitions, preparing and tracking purchase orders, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods. The Retail Purchase Executive monitors stock levels, negotiates prices and terms with suppliers, and ensures that purchases align with budget and quality requirements. Daily tasks also include maintaining accurate purchasing records,



resolving discrepancies, and supporting continuous improvement of procurement processes within the retail environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions for accurate documentation and transaction handling.
Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Management and Procurement to manage vendor relationships, negotiations, and inventory requirements.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and store teams.
Relevant experience in retail purchasing, supply chain, or procurement, preferably in consumer goods or creative products.
Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, manage multiple priorities, and use basic ERP or inventory management tools.
Solid analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and adherence to company
