Job Description:
Drive student enrolments by converting leads into successful admissions
Execute sales and recruitment strategies to achieve monthly intake targets
Handle student inquiries through calls, follow-ups, and counselling sessions
Build robust relationships with prospective students and guide them through the enrolment process
Monitor inquiry-to-enrolment conversion rates and implement strategies to improve performance
Ensure a smooth and positive admission experience for students

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Excellent communication skills.
1- 2 years in Education counsellor/ Customer care/call Centre
