ROLE OVERVIEW
The VP Accounts & Finance is one of the senior-most finance leaders in the Neve Jewels Group and a direct report to the CFO. The role owns the largest pillar in the restructured finance function — combining full controllership accountability with the leadership of Global Shared Services for AR and AP.
This is a deliberately broad mandate. The pillar consolidates two closely-related capabilities: the integrity of the group's books and statutory reporting (controllership) and the process excellence engine that supports it (shared services).
The VP Accounts & Finance is expected to build a world-class, audit-ready, board-grade accounting function and a scalable shared-service platform — the platform on which the group will grow into its next stage.

SCOPE OF THE PILLAR
The VP Accounts & Finance leads a global team across six geographies (UK, EU, ANZ, India, Canada and the Middle East), organised into two sub-pillars:
Regional Controllership — regional finance teams, responsible for local books, statutory compliance,



and audit delivery
Global Shared Services — leading centralised AR and AP operations across all entities and geographies, with dedicated Leads for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Controllership & Governance
Own the integrity of group books and the production of statutory financial statements across all entities in the UK, EU, ANZ, India, Canada and the Middle East
Lead the group consolidation process — monthly, quarterly and year-end — and drive continuous reduction in close-cycle time
Design, embed and continuously improve the internal control framework — SOPs, control matrices, segregation of duties, approval thresholds
Own the relationship with statutory and internal auditors across all jurisdictions; lead audit planning, fieldwork coordination and resolution of findings
Ensure regulatory compliance across all jurisdictions — Companies House, FCA, RBI, MCA, banking and
