About Shop & Yours
Shop & Yours is a growing women's fashion e-commerce brand based in Gurgaon. We are looking for an organised, responsible and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the business.

What You'll Be Doing
Managing inventory and updating stock records.
Processing online orders, returns and exchanges.
Coordinating with courier partners, manufacturers and vendors.
Communicating with customers over phone and email.
Maintaining basic reports and records using Excel and Google Sheets.
Assisting with day-to-day office and administrative tasks.

Who We're Looking For
1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in fashion or e-commerce.
Previous experience working with a fashion or e-commerce brand is required.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Comfortable using Excel,



Google Sheets and basic computer applications.
Organised, reliable and attentive to detail.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and following up independently.
