Role Description This is a full time, on-site Inside Sales Specialist role based in Chennai. The Inside Sales Specialist will handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails,



and online inquiries to promote DALMAF’s services and convert leads into clients. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new leads, explaining service offerings, preparing and following up on proposals, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role involves building and maintaining robust client relationships, coordinating with operational teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and working toward individual and team sales targets. The Inside Sales Specialist will also gather client feedback, contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives, and support continuous improvement of sales processes.
