As a Manager, Publisher (Pub) PS India on the Publisher Professional Services team in our Delhi/Gurgaon office, you’ll lead a global team of Implementation Engineers supporting publisher partners across APAC, EMEA, and the US. You’ll combine hands-on technical leadership with strategic operational management to grow your team’s capabilities, optimize global workflows, and deliver outstanding results for our clients. You’ll empower your team to take on increasingly complex technical implementations while driving operational excellence across the global support function.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, directly managing a technical team such as Implementation Engineers, Solutions Engineering, or Qualified Services.
Proven experience mentoring and developing technical talent,



with a track record of growing a team’s capacity and technical skills from supporting low-complexity tasks to handling higher-complexity project support.
Experience driving global support processes, optimizing workflows, and improving operational efficiency across multi-regional stakeholders.
Experience in change management and team growth, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
Proven ability to manage technical operations across multiple regions and align teams on objectives, workflows, and service level agreements.
Bonus points if you have:
Familiarity with AI technologies and experience leveraging AI to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
Experience supporting global Enterprise publisher teams across APAC, EMEA, and the US.
