Role Description The Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality,



evidence-based nursing care to patients in Pranodha Healthcare’s rehabilitation and post-hospital care setting. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru includes conducting patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, administering medications and treatments as per physician orders, and supporting recovery and rehabilitation plans. The Staff Nurse will provide wound care, manage medical equipment, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve educating patients and families on care plans, collaborating closely with doctors, therapists, and caregivers, and responding to emergency situations with calm and professional judgment. The role requires a compassionate approach, solid communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care in a home and center-based environment.
