As we scale, the challenge is not just generating leads — it is ensuring high conversion rates, strong follow-up discipline, and a motivated, high-energy sales floor every day.
This role exists to ensure that each team of inside sales associates operates with discipline, urgency, and intent — delivering consistent conversion outcomes while maintaining a strong customer experience.
If the Associate Team Lead is strong, the team converts consistently.
If the Associate Team Lead is weak, lead leakage, poor follow-ups, and low energy quickly impact revenue.
Your mandate is transparent
Own the performance of your inside sales team end-to-endDrive daily conversions, follow-ups, and revenue outcomesCoach and improve call quality, pitching, and objection handlingMaintain high energy, motivation, and discipline on the floorEnsure zero lead leakage and strong CRM hygieneBuild a team that consistently meets and exceeds targets
