About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive – Unlisted Shares to join our team in Kolkata. In this role, you will be at the forefront of the private equity and pre-IPO markets, driving the buying and selling of unlisted securities. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated professional with a strong sales acumen, a deep understanding of capital markets, and a passion for discovering high-potential investment opportunities before they hit the public exchanges.
Key Responsibilities
Trade Execution & Facilitation: Manage the end-to-end process of buying and selling unlisted and pre-IPO shares, ensuring smooth and compliant transactions.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), institutional investors, and financial brokers.
Business Development: Proactively source current deals, identify prospective clients, and expand the firm's investor network to drive revenue growth.
Market Research & Analysis: Continuously track pre-IPO market trends, corporate actions, and emerging private market opportunities to provide strategic, data-driven insights to clients.
Client Advisory: Educate clients on the risks and rewards of the unlisted share market, tailoring investment opportunities to align with their financial portfolios.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in capital markets, wealth management, or financial services.
Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of equity markets; prior experience or foundational knowledge of unlisted shares, private equity, or pre-IPO markets is highly preferred.
Sales Acumen: A strong, target-oriented mindset with a track record of sourcing clients, closing deals, and driving business growth.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently pitch complex finan
