Role Description The Steel Structural Draftsman role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India.



The person in this role will prepare detailed steel structural drawings for offshore and marine projects using industry-standard CAD and engineering software. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting engineering calculations and specifications, creating general arrangement and fabrication drawings, and ensuring drawings comply with relevant standards and client requirements. The role involves close coordination with structural engineers and project teams to resolve design issues, update drawings based on review comments, and maintain drawing registers and documentation. The draftsman will also assist in preparing material take-offs, support design reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of drafting practices and templates.
Qualifications
Solid proficiency in structural drafting and modeling using tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other relevant CAD software.
