About the Role
We're looking for a Mid-Level Project Manager to lead new restaurant openings, remodels, and renovation projects from planning through launch. You'll coordinate general contractors, architects, equipment vendors, franchise/brand standards teams, and internal operations staff to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to brand specification. This role suits someone who thrives on juggling multiple sites at once and enjoys the mix of construction logistics, vendor negotiation,



and hands-on problem-solving that comes with opening or refreshing restaurant locations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end project timelines for current restaurant builds, remodels, and refreshes, from site handoff to grand opening.
• Coordinate general contractors, architects, engineers, and specialty vendors (kitchen equipment, signage, furniture, POS/IT) to keep projects on schedule.
• Track project budgets, review contractor bids and change orders, and flag cost overruns to leadership.
• Ensure all locations meet brand design standards, health code requirements, and local permitting/zoning regulations.
• Serve as the main point of contact between corporate teams, landlords/property managers, and on-site construction teams.
• Manage permit applications, inspections, and utility/equipment installation scheduling.
