Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Collections & Recovery to manage multiple client portfolios and lead a team of approximately 20–30 Collection Executives through 2 Team Leaders.
The candidate must have mandatory experience in Domestic Collections & Recovery along with prior team-handling experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Domestic Collections & Recovery operations across 2–3 portfolios simultaneously.
Lead and manage 2 Team Leaders and approximately 20–30 Collection Executives/Tele-callers.




Drive the team towards achieving monthly collection and recovery targets.
Monitor daily productivity, performance, call quality, PTP, conversion, and recovery metrics.
Review portfolio performance and implement strategies to improve collections and recovery.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and guidance to Team Leaders.
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
Coordinate with Banks, NBFCs, and Fintech clients regarding requirements, performance, and portfolio updates.
Ensure timely and accurate MIS and performance reporting.
Ensure adherence to company policies, client SLAs, and applicable collection guidelines.
Required Experience & Skills
Mandatory Requirements:
4–8 years of overall experience in Collections & Recovery.
Mandatory experience in Domestic Collections & Recovery.
Mandatory prior team-handling experience.
Experience managing Team Leaders and Collection Executives/Tele-callers.
