We are looking for a customer-focused team member for our Revenue Ops team build and manage as a high-performing individual to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
Responsbilities
Receive customer queries, complaints, escalations, and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor and maximize usage in the post-signup journey, analyzing power-usage patterns to actively drive the conversion of free users into paid subscribers
Oversee lead data management and track sales pipeline stages, delivering daily reports for leadership to give the sales team clear direction and ensure rigorous follow-ups.
Act as the bridge to the product management team by flagging customer issues, system breakages,
monitoring response and resolution times, and ensuring technical issues are resolved smoothly.
Interface directly with users to gather quantitative and qualitative insights, translating customer pain points and for product fixes / improvements
Maintain clean data logs and own daily reporting on user conversion metrics, pipeline health, and recurring product issues to keep leadership aligned.
Preferred Candidate Profile
2–3 years of experience in customer support team of Apps
Strong experience in handling escalations and managing customer-facing operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-growth setting.
Experience in managing support MIS and operational dashboards.
