Role Purpose
We are looking for a Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of client marketing campaigns across digital channels. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, data, technology, and customer engagement.
The Campaign Manager understands marketing automation and customer journeys deeply, but is first and foremost a marketer—someone who can translate business objectives into targeted campaigns, leverage data and insights to drive engagement, and orchestrate personalized communications across channels.
The role involves being comfortable working across Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, MoEngage, WhatsApp, email, web, and future CDP capabilities, while partnering closely with business, product marketing, content, design, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Own end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and reporting across client lifecycle journeys.
Build and manage campaigns for product launches, thought leadership, events, client engagement programs,



and business initiatives.
Develop audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and communication plans across channels.
Ensure campaigns are timely, personalized, and aligned to business priorities.

Customer Journey Management
Design and optimize customer journeys across onboarding, engagement, nurturing, and retention.
Identify opportunities to improve client engagement through automation and personalization.
Build trigger-based, behavior-led, and lifecycle-driven campaigns.
Continuously refine journeys based on performance data and client behavior.

MarTech & Marketing Automation
Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MoEngage, Gupshup, WhatsApp platforms, CMS, and other marketing technologies to deliver campaigns effectively.
Determine the right platform, channel, and communication approach for different campaign objectives.
Partner with technology teams to implement campaign requirements, automations, and
