Project Manager - JD

Our stores are the most critical touchpoint of customer experience and the interior and exterior fitout plays an important role in it.

As a project manager, you will be responsible for the entire store fitout.

Roles And Responsibilities

Leads the entire retail fit out project from bare shell, design finalization to executionDrive innovation and improve store design and retail fixturesMaintenance of retail interiors, exteriors, fixtures and relatedBuild and lead a high performance teamForecast resources needed to complete projects and manage team members in an effective and efficient wayPrepare the budget and the bill of materials and bill of quantity for each projectMaintain all project related documents such as contracts, GFCs, As-builts, warranties, etc. Maintain and monitor invoice submission checklistDevelop and manage a detailed project schedule and work planPlan and execute interior,



HVAC and MEP works at given projectsDevelop and maintain rapport with contractors/vendors and/or suppliersUtilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project executionMonitor progress and make adjustments as neededDevelop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency. Define standard guidelinesDevelop a robust maintenance schedule for the upkeep of completed projects

Candidate Profile

5-8 years; ideally 10+ years of work experience in the field and 2+ years in managing a team.Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design or related field.Proven experience in handling retail fitout projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline especially from Retail background organisationsMust have knowledge in Commercial Interiors, False ceiling, POP, Partitioning, managing SiteExpert in Drawing Review; review, scrutinize, value-add drawing
