Your new role

As Associate Manager – Digital Capability Building, you will be at the forefront of accelerating AI and Generative AI adoption across Novo Nordisk India. This is a role where you connect cutting-edge technology with real people – enabling commercial and cross-functional teams to work smarter, faster, and with greater impact for patients.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

Driving awareness, capability, and sustainable adoption of approved AI tools across commercial and cross-functional teams
Identifying high-impact AI use cases in close collaboration with business stakeholders and translating them into practical learning interventions
Designing and facilitating engaging capability-building sessions that empower employees to confidently integrate AI into their daily workflows
Creating digital learning experiences through instructional design,



e-learning development, and micro-learning solutions
Measuring adoption and business application of AI technologies to ensure lasting behavioural change
Partnering with global and local teams to align capability-building initiatives with broader digital transformation priorities
Staying current on AI developments and curating relevant, compliant content that keeps the organisation at the cutting edge
Demonstrating a continuous learning mindset and the flexibility to contribute beyond defined responsibilities where business needs and growth opportunities arise
