The Web Content Author – Accessibility Specialist ensures that digital content published on Client platforms meets accessibility standards and best practices. This role combines content authoring responsibilities with specialized knowledge of web accessibility and inclusive content practices.
The role operates as a subject-matter resource, helping ensure compliance while supporting scalable, sustainable content practices.

Key Responsibilities -
Author and edit content within the Client CMS
Ensure all content complies with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
Apply accessible content practices, including proper heading structure, meaningful link text, accurate alternative text for images, and accessible tables and lists,
Review and remediate accessibility issues in existing content
Partner with designers and development teams to resolve accessibility findings
Support audits, reviews, and remediation initiatives
Provide guidance and best practices to content authors

Required Skills & Qualifications -
3-6 years of relevant experience in similar roles




Solid web content authoring experience
Demonstrated knowledge of web accessibility principles
Experience identifying and resolving accessibility issues
Close attention to detail and compliance requirements
Ability to clearly communicate accessibility guidance

Location: Bengaluru
