About The Role

This is a full-time, remote Bookkeeper position designed to support the daily accounting operations of our varied clientele. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in recording and reconciling financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing routine journal entries in accordance with established accounting standards and firm policies.



The role involves assisting in the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data entry, and maintaining organized, audit-ready records. The ability to work independently, manage multiple client files efficiently, and communicate effectively with team members and clients is essential. Qualifications

Minimum qualification - CA IPCC & B.COM Graduate.
Experience working with QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks online is considered an asset.
Strong bookkeeping skills, including maintaining general ledgers and recording day-to-day transactions accurately.
Proficiency in creating, posting, and documenting journal entries with proper approvals and supporting documentation
