Role Descrng>iption The Marketing Executive for Cafe Peter at BARAMATI AGRO will be responsible for executing day-to-day marketing activities to promote the cafe and drive footfall and revenue. This full-time, on-site role based in pune hadapsar Farena corporate park ,includes planning and implementing local marketing campaigns, coordinating promotions and events, and managing digital and offline brand visibility. The role involves conducting market research to understand customer preferences, monitoring competitor activities, and supporting sales initiatives through targeted marketing efforts. The Marketing Executive will collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, create basic marketing content, and analyze campaign performance to recommend improvements.

Qualifications





M.arket Planning and Market Research skills to design effective campaigns and understand customer behavior.
Strong Communication skills
Ability to work on-site full time in Pune and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (social media, email marketing, local listings) is an advantage.
Prior experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or retail marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
Relevant academic background in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is beneficial.
Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
