Role Description This is a full-time, in office Performance Marketing role based in Kolkata. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital performance campaigns across channels such as search, social, display, and programmatic platforms. The team member will analyze campaign data, track key performance metrics, manage budgets, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and engagement. Daily activities include collaborating with creative and account teams,



conducting audience and competitor research, preparing performance reports, and presenting insights to stakeholders. The role also includes coordinating with clients to understand objectives and ensuring all campaigns align with overall marketing and brand strategies.
