Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Bareilly. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to grow awareness of InvertisPrep and drive student engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media calendars, writing posts and captions, optimizing content for reach and performance, monitoring trends and competitor activity, and coordinating with academic and product teams for campaign ideas.



The role also involves responding to comments and messages, tracking key metrics, preparing performance reports, and suggesting improvements based on data insights.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing skills, including campaign planning and audience engagement.
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Optimization (SMO) to enhance reach, visibility, and platform performance.
Candidates should possess Communication and Writing skills to create explicit, compelling, and student-friendly content.
Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to align social media activities with brand goals and student needs.
Experience managing platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns
