Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for leading end-to-end interior design projects, from concept development to final execution, for residential spaces. This full time, on-site role, based in the Greater Kolkata Area, includes creating design concepts, developing detailed layouts, and preparing construction drawings and documentation. Day-to-day tasks involve space planning, selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment),



coordinating with contractors and ensuring design solutions meet client needs, budget, and timelines. The Senior Interior Designer will oversee project quality, conduct site visits, manage design revisions, and present design proposals and materials to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications
Expertise in Interior Design and Architecture, with the ability to translate client requirements into functional and aesthetic design concepts.
Strong Space Planning skills to optimize layouts for commercial, educational, and residential environments.
Proficiency in Construction Drawings, including detailed plans, sections, and elevations for implementation and coordination.
Experience with FF&E; selection and specification, ensuring cohesive materials, finishes, and furnishings aligned with design intent and budget.
Advanced skills in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, V-Ray, 3D modeling
