About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at JRD Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects utilizing Agile and Scrum methodologies. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring project objectives are met within scope, time,



and budget constraints. Your expertise in project management, business analysis, and Agile practices will be instrumental in driving successful project outcomes and enhancing our service offerings.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management and business analysis, with a strong background in delivering technical projects involving application development, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required. Skilled certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, CBAP, or PRINCE2 are highly preferred. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks, SDLC, and project delivery methodologies is essential.
