Role Description The Manager – Biomedical Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing the management, maintenance, and performance of medical equipment across the facility.



This role includes planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring timely repairs, and coordinating calibration and safety checks to support clinical operations. The manager will lead and guide a biomedical engineering team, collaborate with clinical and administrative stakeholders, and ensure compliance with relevant healthcare standards and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks involve evaluating equipment performance, supervising vendor services, managing inventory and documentation, and supporting technology upgrades and equipment procurement decisions. The role also requires continuous improvement of processes, training team members on best practices, and contributing to a safe and reliable workplace for patients and staff.
Qualifications
