Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Business Analyst to join the Product-Oriented Delivery team and support the delivery of enterprise conversational AI solutions.
The role is responsible for translating product owner priorities and business requirements into clear, actionable, and delivery-ready requirements.



The Senior AI Business Analyst serves as the bridge between product owner, AI engineers, developers, architects, UX, and QA teams, ensuring that AI capabilities are transformed into scalable, compliant, and high-value user experiences.

This position combines traditional Business Analysis expertise with a solid understanding of Generative AI, conversational experiences, enterprise knowledge management, and AI-powered user journeys.

Key Responsibilities
Requirements Management & Analysis
• Analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Translate Features into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business rules
• Support backlog refinement and ensure stories are delivery-ready
• Identify dependencies, risks, gaps, and clarification needs throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Maintain requirements documentation, decision logs, and traceability artifacts
