Role Description The Parent Service Support role is an on-site position based at VIBGYOR Group of Schools in Bengaluru South. The individual in this role will be responsible for responding to parent queries, providing timely information about school policies, procedures,



and student-related updates, and ensuring a positive and professional experience for all families. Day-to-day tasks include managing phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions, coordinating with academic and administrative teams to resolve issues, and maintaining accurate records of parent communications. The role also involves supporting admission-related activities, assisting with school events that involve parent participation, and proactively sharing relevant information to strengthen school-parent partnerships.
