Role Description The Sr. Sales Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position located in the Pune Division. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle for AUTEC radio remote control systems, including lead generation, qualification, solution proposal, and closing opportunities across industrial, construction, maritime, and mining segments.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting technical presentations and product demonstrations, preparing quotations and technical documentation, and collaborating with customers to understand their application requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. The Sr. Sales Engineer will provide pre- and post-sales technical support, coordinate with service teams for installations and troubleshooting, and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients. The role also includes market research, participation in industry events, and regular reporting on sales activities and forecasts to management.
