Job Purpose: As the Washery O&M; Engineers in a coal mine washery, the incumbent
oversees all mechanical operations to ensure optimal functionality and
efficiency of equipment essential for coal processing. Their role involves
leading maintenance activities, implementing preventive measures, and resolving
mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Additionally, they collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain safety
standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives in mechanical processes.
