The role involves managing databases, maintaining client records, preparing reports, and circulating market updates, vessel positions, and business communications through Email, WhatsApp Business, and Microsoft Teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain and update client, vessel, and cargo databases.
* Prepare and circulate daily market reports, vessel positions, and business updates.
* Manage email, WhatsApp Business, and Microsoft Teams communications.
* Handle data entry with accuracy and maintain Excel records.
* Organize digital documents and company records.
* Support the Chartering and Operations teams with administrative tasks.





Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience in Data Entry, Office Administration, or Digital Operations.
* Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Good typing speed with strong attention to detail.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Knowledge of shipping or logistics will be an added advantage.
