Junior Fashion Stylist

Role Overview
The Junior Fashion Stylist plays a crucial role in supporting styling requirements for fashion, lifestyle, and branded content shoots. They assist the lead stylist across pre-production, sourcing, fittings, shoot execution, and post-production organization.



This role requires strong fashion knowledge, coordination skills, and the ability to support styling operations under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities
1. Styling Execution & Creative Support
Assist the lead stylist in conceptualizing looks for shoots based on brand guidelines and campaign direction.
Contribute to mood boards, styling decks, and visual references.
Provide input on trends, silhouettes, textures, and thematic styling elements.
2. Sourcing & Vendor Management
Assist with sourcing garments, accessories, and props.
Support in building and maintaining relationships with designers, PR agencies, stores, rental studios, and stylists.
Assist with rentals, logistics, approvals, and credit requests.
Maintain an organized inventory of styling items and documentation.
3. Shoot-Day Styling & Coordination
