Vigo International is looking for an E-Commerce Operations Manager to manage and streamline day-to-day order operations across our D2C website and leading marketplaces such as AJIO, Nykaa Fashion, and other e-commerce platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a fashion/apparel background, strong operational understanding, and experience managing orders, inventory, marketplace operations, and fulfilment. You will work closely with the design, warehouse, customer care, and management teams to ensure smooth and timely order processing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete order lifecycle across the company website and marketplaces such as AJIO, Nykaa Fashion, etc.
Monitor incoming orders, cancellations, returns, exchanges, RTOs, and refunds.
Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams for order processing and dispatch.
Ensure orders are packed and shipped within defined timelines and marketplace SLAs.
Manage and monitor marketplace dashboards, including order status, inventory, returns, penalties, and performance metrics.




Maintain accurate inventory across Shopify and marketplace platforms and identify stock discrepancies.
Coordinate product uploads, SKU mapping, size/colour variants, pricing, and catalogue updates.
Track marketplace issues and coordinate with platform account managers/support teams for resolution.
Prepare regular reports on orders, sales, returns, cancellations, RTOs, inventory, and fulfilment performance.
Analyse operational data to identify bottlenecks and improve processes.
Coordinate with the customer care team regarding order-related issues and escalations.
Ensure marketplace requirements, documentation, packaging guidelines, and operational SOPs are followed.
Support the onboarding and operational management of new marketplaces and sales channels.
What We're Looking For
2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the fashion/apparel industry.
Solid understanding of fashion products, SKUs, sizes, colours, variants,
