About the Role
We're hiring an Associate Manager – Production & Logistics to oversee end-to-end production operations and ensure seamless logistics and inventory management. You'll be responsible for maintaining high production quality, managing inventory, and ensuring timely dispatch of products to schools through effective cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the complete production process for DIY Science and Math products, managing 24/7 manufacturing operations with a workforce of approximately 25 employees, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety
Plan, monitor, and optimize production schedules to meet business requirements and delivery timelines
Coordinate with the procurement team on sourcing, follow-ups,



and timely availability of raw materials and other production requirements
Manage dispatch and shipping of manufactured products to schools based on demand, working closely with Sales, Operations, and other internal teams
Own inventory management processes, including stock inward/outward movements, sales order fulfillment, stock reconciliation, and periodic audits using Zoho
Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, CRM, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of production and logistics activities
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and safety protocols
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field
4–8 years of experience in production, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain operations
Experience managing shop-floor operations and leading production teams
Working knowledge of inventory management systems
