Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sr Associate – Legal role based in Hyderabad. The Sr Associate – Legal will review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and contracts related to real estate development and infrastructure projects.



The role includes providing legal opinions on property matters, title verification, and regulatory compliance, as well as supporting due diligence for land acquisition and project approvals. Daily responsibilities involve liaising with external counsel, government authorities, and internal stakeholders, tracking legal issues, and maintaining updated legal documentation and records. The Sr Associate – Legal will also assist in managing litigation, responding to notices, mitigating legal risks, and supporting the implementation of company policies and processes in alignment with applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Law with experience handling real estate, property, and infrastructure-related legal matters.
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, contracts, MOUs, and other legal instruments.
Excellent Analytical Skill
