Role Description The Chief of Staff at JEEVMEDIA is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the executive leadership team in strategic planning,



operational alignment, and cross-functional coordination. This role involves translating high-level business objectives into actionable plans, managing key initiatives, and ensuring timely execution across departments such as creator management, client services, operations, and marketing. The Chief of Staff will prepare executive briefings, analyze performance data, streamline internal processes, and facilitate effective communication between leadership and teams. Day-to-day activities include overseeing project timelines, identifying operational risks and opportunities, supporting decision-making with data-driven insights, and helping shape organizational priorities and culture. The role also requires close collaboration with external partners and stakeholders to advance JEEVMEDIA’s international and Pan-India expansion in the creator economy.
