Job Description
We are hiring a Workday HCM Consultant with 5+ years of experience in Workday implementation, configuration, and support. The candidate should have strong expertise in Workday Core HCM, Business Process Configuration, Security, and Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support Workday Core HCM modules.
Gather and analyze business requirements.
Configure business processes, organizations, staffing, and security.
Develop calculated fields, custom reports, and dashboards.
Support Workday implementations, enhancements, and production issues.
Perform testing, data validation, and deployment activities.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
Support Workday releases and system upgrades.
Required Skills
5+ years of overall experience with 3+ years in Workday HCM.
Robust experience in Workday Core HCM.




Business Process Configuration and Security Administration.
Calculated Fields and Report Writer.
Workday Integrations (EIB preferred).
Data Migration, Testing, and Production Support.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Preferred Skills
Experience in Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent, Payroll, or Recruiting modules.
Workday HCM Certification.
Knowledge of Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and PECI.
