About the Role

Integrated Human Development Foundation is seeking a creative and driven Social Media Outreach Intern. In this role, you will help amplify our mission, boost community engagement, and grow our digital presence across social media platforms to drive meaningful social impact.

​Key Responsibilities

1. ​Develop, write, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, and banners) across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

2. ​Implement community engagement strategies to grow our follower base and increase interaction.

3. ​Conduct digital outreach to potential volunteers, collaborators, influencers, and partner organizations.

4. ​Maintain a regular content calendar and stay updated on digital trends relevant to the social sector.

5. ​Track and report basic monthly analytics to optimize outreach strategy.





​Qualifications & Requirements

1. ​Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus).

2. ​Proficiency with key social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X).

3. ​Basic experience with graphic creation tools like Canva or video editing apps.

4. ​Strong interest in community development and social impact work.

5. ​Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
