JAGGAER Consultant – Job Description
Responsible for configuring, integrating, and supporting JAGGAER Source-to-Pay (S2P) and procurement solutions for customers. The role bridges business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring successful deployment and integration with ERP and third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze client business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Configure and implement JAGGAER procurement and supplier management solutions
Design, develop, and maintain integrations between JAGGAER and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
Develop and support APIs, Web Services, REST, SOAP, and data migration activities.
Conduct technical workshops, client meetings, and solution demonstrations.
Create and maintain technical documentation, test plans,



and deployment guides.
Troubleshoot implementation issues and provide post-go-live support.
Manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and client communications.
Required Skills
Robust understanding of procurement, sourcing, and supply chain processes
Experience with JAGGAER, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement, or similar procurement platforms.
Knowledge of:
REST/SOAP APIs
XML, JSON
SQL and database concepts
Integration architecture and middleware solutions
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in software implementation and deployment projects.
