About the Role
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with educational institutions and corporate clients, and driving revenue through Splen Technologies’ training, internship, certification, and skill-development programs.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop current business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and institutional visits.
Connect with colleges, universities, training & placement officers, academic leaders, HR teams, and decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable training, internship, FDP, workshop, certification, and skill-development solutions.
Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Conduct meetings, presentations, product/program demonstrations,



and commercial discussions.
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, presentations, and MoU-related documentation with prospective clients.
Follow up with prospects consistently and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with institutional and corporate clients.
Coordinate with the Operations, Training, Marketing, and Management teams to ensure smooth execution after closure.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, proposals, and conversions in the CRM.
Track competitors, market trends, and emerging opportunities in the EdTech and professional training sector.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue and business development targets.
