As we scale, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant who can help us identify, engage, and hire exceptional talent across functions.
Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles and act as a strategic partner to hiring managers. You will be responsible for driving candidate pipelines, ensuring a great candidate experience, and helping Cuemath attract high-quality talent efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who combines robust sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and a data-driven approach to hiring.
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment across business, product, technology, operations, and leadership roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, networking, and market mapping.
Screen and assess candidates through structured conversations and competency-based evaluations.
Coordinate interview processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
Provide regular updates on hiring progress, market insights, and pipeline health.
Drive alignment on hiring expectations, timelines, and candidate quality.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
Represent Cuemath's culture and values throughout the hiring process.
Ensure candidates receive timely communication and a positive experience.
Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen Cuemath's talent brand.
Recruitment Operations
Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring data in the ATS.
