Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Kolkata. The Telecaller will handle incoming and outgoing calls to support customer inquiries, reservations, feedback collection, and promotional campaigns for Chai Break outlets and services. Daily responsibilities include answering customer questions,



providing accurate information about menus, offers, and locations, and ensuring a positive and professional communication experience. The role also involves recording call details, updating customer databases, following up on leads, and coordinating with outlet teams for issue resolution. Telecallers are expected to maintain call quality standards, meet call handling and follow-up targets, and support marketing and guest engagement initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with clear and courteous telephone etiquette.
Customer service and relationship-building skills, including the ability to handle queries, feedback, and complaints calmly and professionally.
Basic computer literacy and data entry skills, including familiarity with call logs, spreadsheets, or CRM tools.
Time management, organizational skills, and ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environ
