Da’Villas is a quick-growing startup creating premium villa stays, curated getaways, retreats, and unique travel experiences across India.

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant to join our growing sales team. This is a calling and conversion-focused role for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, building relationships, and closing bookings.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers.
* Respond to leads received through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
* Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and travel plans.
* Recommend suitable luxury villas, stays, retreats, and curated experiences.
* Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.




* Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain an active sales pipeline.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets.
* Upsell premium stays, upgrades, experiences, and additional services.
* Handle customer objections and confidently close sales.
* Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
* Coordinate with the operations team after booking confirmation.
* Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat bookings and referrals.

Requirements

* 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Tele-Sales, Inside Sales, Travel, Hospitality, or Customer Relationship Management.
* Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset are welcome.
* Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
* Confident and persuasive communication style.
* Strong follow-up, objection-handling, and closing skills.
* Target-oriented and comfortable with daily calling.
* Passion for travel, hospitality, and premium exp
