Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Success Representative role based in Gorakhpur.



The Customer Success Representative will engage with customers to understand their needs, guide them through product features, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience to Prosperr.io’s tax and payroll solutions. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues promptly, and coordinating with internal teams to address complex concerns. The role involves proactively monitoring customer accounts, sharing best practices, and conducting product walkthroughs to help users adopt features that enhance financial clarity and compliance. The Customer Success Representative will also collect feedback, contribute to process improvements, and support training and documentation to strengthen the overall customer experience.
