Role Description The Training and Placement Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based at AKS University in Madhya Pradesh, India. The assistant will support training and placement activities, including coordinating student skill-development programs, organizing workshops, seminars, and mock interviews, and maintaining placement-related records and databases. Daily responsibilities include liaising with recruiters and industry partners, scheduling campus drives,



preparing placement reports, and assisting students with resume building and interview preparation. The role also involves responding to student and employer queries, ensuring smooth execution of placement processes, and contributing to continuous improvement of training initiatives in alignment with the university’s mission.
