Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running high-budget campaigns, generating quality leads, and improving ROI through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for leads, conversions, and ROI.
Conduct audience research and targeting to improve campaign effectiveness.
Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports.
Collaborate with the creative team for ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.




Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and updates in Meta advertising.
Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize performance.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
Good communication skills in English.
Proven experience in handling lead generation and conversion campaigns.
Strong understanding of Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
Experience in handling high-budget campaigns is preferred.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience in digital marketing agencies or client handling.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics is an added advantage.
