Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Wadala. The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads through multiple channels, and build a strong sales pipeline for LeapSwitch’s cloud and infrastructure services. The role involves presenting solutions to prospective clients,



preparing proposals, and negotiating commercial terms in alignment with company guidelines. The person in this position will manage and grow assigned accounts, ensure high levels of client satisfaction, and coordinate with internal technical and support teams to deliver tailored solutions. Daily activities include market research, outreach (calls, emails, meetings), maintaining accurate CRM records, and reporting on performance and forecasts to leadership.
