Role Overview
As our Assistant Store Manager, you'll be the right hand to the Store Manager, helping drive store performance, elevate customer experiences, and lead the team from the front. You'll play a critical role in ensuring the store runs seamlessly while developing the skills to become a future Store Manager.

What You'll Do

Support Business Performance
Partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and deliver strong business performance.
Track and improve key retail KPIs including Sales,



Conversion, ATV, UPT, Productivity, and Customer Satisfaction.
Take ownership of the sales floor by motivating the team and driving daily execution.

Support Store Operations
Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, maintaining high standards across inventory, cash handling, visual merchandising, and compliance.
Monitor stock accuracy, minimize shrinkage, and ensure SOPs are consistently followed.
Assist in executing promotions, campaigns, and new product launches seamlessly.

Lead & Develop the Team
Coach, motivate, and support the retail team to deliver their best every day.
Help onboard and train new team members while fostering a collaborative and high-energy work environment.
Lead the store confidently in the Store Manager's absence.

Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences
Create a welcoming, engaging shopping environment that reflects the Uni Seoul brand.
