About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager – Growth who can build and own a 0→1 growth product roadmap end-to-end and turn product initiatives into measurable business growth.
This is not a feature-management or coordination role. You will own the entire customer funnel — from acquisition to activation, conversion— and work closely with founders, engineering, growth, marketing, operations, and analytics teams.
The ideal candidate has built products/verticals from scratch, created the roadmap, defined the product strategy, established the funnel, driven experimentation, and directly contributed to revenue and business growth.
What You’ll Own
Build 0→1 product/vertical roadmaps aligned with business and growth objectives
Own the end-to-end customer funnel: Acquisition → Activation → Engagement → Conversion → Retention → Monetization
Identify funnel gaps and drive initiatives to improve CVR, CAC,



retention, AOV/ATV and revenue
Define product strategy, roadmap, priorities, success metrics, and execution plans
Drive A/B testing, experimentation, personalization, pricing, upsell & cross-sell
Build scalable growth loops and identify recent opportunities for customer and revenue growth
Launch products/features from problem discovery → PRD → development → GTM → measurement → optimization
Use data to identify customer behavior, drop-offs, cohorts, segments, and growth opportunities
Partner closely with Engineering, Growth, Marketing, Operations, CX, and Analytics teams
Lead post-launch analysis and continuously optimize product performance
Work directly with founders and senior leadership on business-critical growth initiatives
Lead and mentor the Senior Product Analyst to drive analytics, experimentation, and actionable insights
