Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Engineer will work directly with customers to understand technical requirements, present suitable solutions, and support the sales process from initial inquiry through order closure. Daily responsibilities include preparing technical proposals, conducting product demonstrations, coordinating with internal engineering and operations teams, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support. The role involves maintaining regular communication with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Sales Engineer will also document customer interactions, track opportunities, and contribute to continuous improvement in sales and support processes.

Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to interpret customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.




Candidates should possess effective Sales and Customer Service skills to manage the sales cycle and maintain long-term client relationships.
Candidates should possess clear and qualified Communication skills, both written and verbal, to present technical information to diverse stakeholders.
Relevant engineering or technical degree/diploma (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, visit customer locations as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and proposals.
Prior experience in industrial products, machinery, or engineering solutions sales is an advantage.
Proficiency with basic office software and willingness to learn product-specific tools and systems.
