Role Overview:
As Senior Manager – Sourcing Design, you will be responsible for bringing structure, repeatability, and design thinking to sourcing across our protein categories, including chicken, red meat, freshwater fish, seawater fish, eggs, and more.
This is not a day-to-day sourcing execution role. It is a builder’s role — focused on diagnosing how sourcing operates today,



identifying areas of inconsistency, leakage, or inefficiency, and designing scalable processes, playbooks, and systems that enable sourcing to function more effectively at scale.

What makes the role meaty?
Map and evaluate existing sourcing processes across protein categories to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
Design and implement scalable SOPs for supplier onboarding, price discovery, quality benchmarking, and order fulfilment
Build category-specific sourcing playbooks and frameworks for seamless execution by sourcing teams
Standardise sourcing workflows through templates, decision trees, stage-gates, and other repeatable mechanisms
Partner with tech and product teams to identify opportunities for digitisation and workflow automation
Develop dashboards and metrics to track sourcing efficiency, supplier performance, and cost trends
